“I feel like I’m a new woman, I only wish I would have had this information 10-15 years ago! You offer a balanced approach to not starving and then overeating, focussing on healthy carbs, you don’t say never eat another Dorito again, but also tell us ~ in your nice way ~ that it’s time to pay attention or it will show up on your ass! Lol” ~ Sheila Hart
Are somewhere on your menopausal journey and feel lost
Whether you’re peri, post, or menopausal, you have a hard time recognizing yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually
Don’t know what to eat any more
You no longer know how to listen to your body for what it needs, or understand if carbs are good for you, but fat is not, and so no longer try to “watch what you eat”
Feel like you're ready, but don’t know where to begin
Often times you allow the overwhelm of trying to “come home to yourself” to take over and stay stuck on your path
Feel like you’re all alone
Nobody talks about or prepares women for this major life-change, especially our doctors and mothers, or worse, when it is a topic of conversation you only hear, “this is just how it is now”
Have tried before but it hasn’t worked
The last attempts you made to draw healthy boundaries, take care of yourself, lose those pounds that completely snuck up on you, or do anything differently, haven’t worked
and that you don’t want to settle for anything less than what you deserve; you just need someone to show you how.
Sound too good to be true?
Keep reading to learn how you can reclaim the life you were meant to live, create more balance in your life, lose weight naturally and keep it off, improve your sleep, and heal your central nervous system all to create a greater capacity for pleasure in your life
Used to putting yourself last
You’ve raised your kids, taken care of your spouse, are successful at work, and maybe even moving into the role of caring for your aging parents, so where do you fit into that equation? Of course you’ve heard that meditation and yoga are powerful antidotes for all of the above challenges, but that women commonly struggle with prioritizing self-care. One of the major reasons women struggle with self-care is because they have learned to deny their true essence as the wild woman.
Exhausted from trying, but not getting anywhere
You work out like you used to, watch what you eat, but can’t seem to lose any weight or recover your energy
Tired of “just living” with your symptoms
Not only tired of sleepless nights and hot flashes, but you can’t escape that ache for more, you have an inescapable feeling that there is more to life
Ready to reclaim the life you were meant to live
INDIGO believes that the wild woman archetype is simply remembering who you are, the parts of you that have been ignored or that you have become afraid of, it's a reconnection to your true nature, the one that has been stolen from you throughout civilization. When we get to “mid-life” it is natural to reawaken, to be ready to listen to your body again
CISETB? Walks with you to:

Phase 03
Your body is now your ally, you'll never look back and instead befriend your wild woman, she's been waiting for You!
Insider Tip:
“Can I Still Eat the Bread?” is about remembering. The wild woman archetype reminds us of the right to fail without losing courage. It reminds us of the need to listen to our bodies, to respond to its messages, sensations and desires. It’s when we ignore our bodies that we make toxic choices. Your wild woman wants you to stop pretending, to reconcile your fears and your desires, and to simply and powerfully allow yourself to be you.

When it comes to natural weight loss, living with more energy, and seeking more from life, I talk to so many women who ask the same question, “can I still eat bread?” As a holistic wellness coach who supports peri, post, and menopausal women to cultivate holistic healing and wellness for the rest of their lives, I study the way food not only feeds the body, but impacts how we feel, our moods, our energy levels, and cognitive functioning. I’ve come to believe menopause, its effects, consequences, and experiences begin and end in the gut.
As my clients know, INDIGO does not take a dogmatic view about any one thing (well, except perhaps sugar). Though, I do believe in the science that purports a “grain brain and belly”, and do find value in a 30 day hormonal reset. However, like any good coach, I will never answer that question for you, but instead will ask, “what feeds your sense of connection, peace, hope, and spiritual sustenance?”
If you desire to live with more energy and purpose, reclaim the life you were meant to live, and create more abundance and joy in your life, this is for you.
Do you offer refunds?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with "Can I Still Eat the Bread?" we offer a 100% refund within 14 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
How long does it take to walk through the 7 steps?
While this is a self-paced, self-study, most women find success by working through each lesson every two weeks. By giving yourself enough time to digest the information, design your changes or challenges, and cultivate new habits, two weeks per lesson seems to offer enough time, but not too much time. At that pace, you can expect to have completed the course and instilled new, life-long habits within 4 months of committed work.
How long will I have access?
Each Wild Woman has access to the entire course, its materials, and bonuses for 6 months.
Is this a woo-woo thing?
Not at all. "Can I Still Eat the Bread?" leans on the ancient practices of meditation and yoga, both steeped in time-tested proof of their effectiveness, as well as evidenced-based research and nutritional science of how and when to eat and exercise for menopause and beyond.
And learn to make an ally out of your body
